Live Oak Adult Day Services

Live Oak Adult Day Services operates on-site programs at four south-bay locations designed to support caregivers' desires to maintain seniors with mild to moderate dementia at home and to enhance the quality of life for those seniors. In response to shelter-in-place orders associated with COVID-19, in order to accommodate their long waiting list, and with the goal to benefit both clients and caregivers, Adult Day Services  has developed an on line (Zoom) program that provides exercise, music and games for two hours daily.

Our funding enables them to deliver the virtual program through calendar 2023 and to continue to improve its content and delivery. 

Support for Adult Day Services is a priority mission for the Forum Health Fund.
