Planned Giving – Legacy Gifts


​Through a planned gift to the Forum Health Fund, donors can choose gifts to be made after their lifetimes, and take advantage of financial and tax benefits.  The most common gift is a provision in an estate plan.  Options can include provisions in a will or trust, or insurance beneficiary designations.
